In the following Terms and Conditions, the terms ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ refer to SB Web and Graphic Design.

The term ‘you’ refers to the client, as well as ‘your’ or ‘their’.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to ALL work and services provided by SB Web and Graphic Design. By contacting us or using our services, you agree to the practices outlined below and throughout.

Quotes & Acceptance of Work

1a. SB Web and Graphic Design offer all quotations free of charge. However all quotes will expire 7 calendar days after the date of issue.

1b. At the time of proposal, SB Web and Graphic Design will issue the client with a written estimate or quotation via email. Furthermore, charges for any additional services above the estimated services, will be made known to the client. They will become fully payable at the time of project acceptance.


2a. SB Web and Graphic Design accept payment via BACs, cash (GBP) and PayPal. We do not accept cheques or any non-UK currencies.

2b. All services provided by us are to be paid for in full prior to work commencing, unless agreed in writing at our discretion.

2c. All services are billed on a design-by-design basis. Also, hourly or other timed rates are not available.


3a. It is the client’s responsibility that all content supplied to us to be included within designs must be legally free to use commercially.

3b. Content submitted to us that is found to breach copyright laws will be unpublished immediately, deleted and in some cases reported.

3c. SB Web and Graphic Design hold the right to reject any content that is provided to us that we deem as illegal, immoral, offensive, derogatory, violent or discriminative and will be reported to appropriate agencies when necessary.

3d. All content and media is to comply fully with UK or appropriate laws and authorities.

3e. The client holds the right to ask for a working proof of their design at any time.

3f. The client is prohibited to use, market, modify or display any media designed by us until the project is completed.

3g. The client is prohibited under any circumstances to modify any artwork designed by SB Web and Graphic Design.

3h. Media, both supplied to SB Web and Graphic Design from the client, and/or your order product(s) may be kept for up to 5 years. This is to assist us with quality control and future designs.

3i. We hold the right to upload or post any work supplied by SB Web and Graphic for the client to our portfolio, social media or other mediums.

3j. It is the client’s responsibility prior to work commencing to let us know in writing if they would prefer us not to use their work for reasons outlined in (3i) on the occasion only that the client’s work is to be kept confidential until a launch date of their products or services.

Domains & Hosting

4a. If instructed by the client to set up a domain and hosting package, SB Web and Graphic Design use one of our third party trusted hosts, which is explained on ordering this service.

4b. All domain and hosting requests require the client’s full name, address, date of birth, company and VAT number, if applicable. Your data in this instance will only be used in order to obtain a domain and/or hosting with our chosen third party provider.

4c. You will receive an email once your domain and hosting is up for its annual renewal. It is the client’s sole responsibility, as the legal domain owner, to ensure the service is renewed and paid for or cancelled within the deadline set out by the third party provider.

4d. We are unable to refund costs for domain and hosting purchases or renewal. 

4e. Any modifications made by the client to their domain or any content, data or files are of no responsibility to SB Web and Graphic Design.

4f. SB Design hold no responsibility of domains and servers run by third party companies. This includes downtime, data loss, speeds and all other related elements.

Content Delivery

5a. Digital content ordered by the client will be delivered in .jpg and .png files via email where possible.

5b. The client has the right to request content in different formats. These will incur extra charges which will be explained to you at the time of request.

5c. Source file reliability will completely depend on the software that the client/permitted third party is using to open or modify the artwork.

5d. Physical media will be delivered by one of our trackable courier firms, which will require signature on delivery in all circumstances.

5e. We do not offer a collection service.

5f. Shipping times for print orders and other applicable items are estimations only and apply from the time of design completion.

Print Design

6a. It is the client’s responsibility to check, confirm and agree that all artwork is satisfactory to their requirements before it is outsourced to commence the printing process.

6b. Once artwork is confirmed as final by the client, this cannot be changed. As a result, in this situation, extra design and printing fees will occur for modifications and reprints.

6c. All printing costs are non-refundable after approving artwork to be processed.

6d. Colours and other aspects of a digital mock-up may look different when printed.

6e. In the case that we have offered an exchange on print products, the return postage is at the client’s expense. Exchanged products will not processed and shipped until SB Design have received the full amount of returned goods, in their original condition.  


7a. SB Web and Graphic Design may contact you via email, WhatsApp, text message, telephone, iMessage or post.

7b. All messages and corresponding files are strictly confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are address. If you have received an email or file in error, notify the sender immediately. If you are not the intended recipient, you are notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited.

7c. We ask the client to consider the environment before printing any emails and other communication materials. Therefore, please only print correspondence and artwork when absolutely necessary.

Personal Data

8a. SB Web and Graphic Design require the client’s full name, address, telephone number and email address at the stage of quotation.

8b. If the client discloses false information to us, consequently we hold the right to terminate any services that have been accepted or are currently ongoing. As a result, in extreme cases, suitable authorities will be informed.

8c. SB Web and Graphic Design store information and files given to us on secure servers and/or encrypted storage mediums.

8d. We do not share, redistribute or sell any information or files with any other third parties.

8e. By opting in to our email newsletters via the website, you agree to us sending periodic marketing emails, from SB Web and Graphic Design only, and you have the right to unsubscribe at any time. Furthermore, we will use your personal data for enquiries, quotes and orders. Also, the client, have the right to request what data we currently hold on your file.

Coupons and Discounts

9a. All coupons and discounts have terms and conditions, which will outline what products, quantities and other attributes they apply to.

9b. We hold the right to withdraw such offers at anytime with immediate effect.

9c. Coupons can be used both online and/or offline, unless stated otherwise.

9d. Coupons and discounts cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

9e. Only one discount can be used at any one time.

Web Design

10a. On occasion, our web design services may require third party plugins or software.

10b. The client will be notified of the costs of any services stated in (10a).

10c. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all files, images and other content are backed up. SB Design recommend you do this on a weekly or monthly basis.

10d. Where the client already has an existing website, it is their responsibility to back up all files. We are not responsible the loss of such data once instructed to commence designing a new website.

10e. We accept no responsibility of any data or content loss, related or unrelated to third party plugins, services or resources.

10e. Changes you make to your website design, providing my SB Design, including third party plugins and services, are at your own risk and are of no responsibility to us. Charges will apply to fix such issues.

10f. During the design stage, your website may experience downtime.

10g. Unless stated otherwise in writing, the client owns the domain and hosting purchased for a web design service.

10h. The client, as the owner, is fully responsible for all content and website maintenance.

10i. The client, as the owner of the website, is responsible for compliance with local GDPR rules and regulations where necessary.
